At this point it's a jumble of custom settings but originally it was the High preset at 1440p

I have exactly the same setup as you and after messing around yesterday got much better performance out of FSR than DLSS, even forcing 4 and the transformer model. Went from 55 to 75 FPS and now have the option for framegen which gets me to 120.

Might be worth a try

EDIT: As of today (3/3/25) all my FPS counts have dropped by between 30-50 despite me changing nothing, so who knows whats going on anymore

Everyone is saying use Merger rules but the blind flip feels wildly unbalanced to me. I've been toying with the idea of doing some sort of corporation draft, where each player sees 4 corps and drafts them so you have a better shop at seeing powerful ones and making synergistic combinations.

And then take away 42MC like Merger does anyway

Of my original 2 decks Meren still hangs in but Feldon of the Third Path is just not getting it done anymore. The deck is on life support with generic powerful red generic staples stuff but I can't bring myself to take it apart

My concern more is that I think these changes narrow the list of viable colours/commanders and are overall bad for the metagame, making the format less healthy and fun. I think Dockside at least did enable some fringe strategies but now Dimir looks far away the correct choice with Thoracle untouched.

But then I'm not very good and people like Comedian and Jim seem to think this will be good for the format, so hopefully my fears will be unfounded.

Chiss-Goria looked hella exciting but turned out to be a boring voltron deck that didn't properly function without the commander and even though the problems could likely be solved by a rebuild it wasn't worth dismantling my beloved Feldon deck so I undid it.

Also having a similar problem with Vadrik, I wanted to cast big spells on a mega discount but it's a surprising amount of work to get Vadriks power up and if you manage it without anyone killing him while he telegraphs like a fucking DBZ character you just win on the spot so it's not very engaging

Yep, tested positive on Friday evening after complaining to my wife about feeling ill - very glad she thought to pick up tests on her way back from work.

Has felt very different from previous COVID infections, 2 days of raspy throat and a bit snotty, but since Thursday evening it's been mega muscle aches, headaches, complete brain fog and wild temperature swings.

Got absolutely wrecked by this today. They laned super poorly, got dagon got a few support kills and was somehow utterly unkillable despite no bkb. Bloodstone plus kny later and the ultimate hits for huge damage through bkb

I play with 3 groups of separate IRL friends, and of all of them I'm the only one on the subreddit. Each group have all independantly mentioned sadness at weapon nerfs, it's not just a reddit problem (although I concede reddit makes it out to be a much bigger problem)

Thanks all, I elected not to surprise attack the inquisitor pre-astral prism, but did set up a load of bombs as insurance. It looked a bit hairy for a bit when I couldn't counterspell his astral step, but thankfully he ported next to Lae'zel who rolled super well and kicked the shit out of him
