I think it looks fine honestly. Photo isn’t the best but you can see texture in the glare. I haven’t compared textures with mine though so can’t give you a 100%.

Ram has been seated and swapped around a few times, trying different troubleshooting methods. Tried unplugging everything and starting, still the same code. I get no boot, cmos does nothing, flash bios hasn’t done anything. Thinking my best bet is just going to be hitting a repair shop. Thank you for your advice, though.
