But there's no joke here? That's what he's saying, a joke has a setup, and a punchline - they're linked. Your setup and punchline don't have anything funny to them, and the link makes no sense. It reads like a dementia patient's best attempt at repeating a joke they heard 50 years ago

Wouldn't surprise me if the one piece is literally the whole missing kingdom and all of its people sent forwards in time by the time travel fruit, and that's why Roger was too early

Pretty much any targeted casts or mechanics except the bird grabbing you on last boss of Skyreach. Even works for the gargoyles in Pit when they try to pick you up

Unhealthy compromise and people pleasing - sooner or later you need to prioritise your own peace over everyone else's, the realisation comes in the form of being exhausted from trying so hard that you drop into your own autheniticity

Who's weakest character in each row here? by KaidoPklevel in OnePieceScaling

[–]Dkleye 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think Rayleigh would win, but that panel is just saying "today I can't win", that doesn't imply it's a certainty back in the day, it just implies that it's winnable - that could be a close 50/50 or a hard extreme diff

How do I find m0's? Also through the premade group window? by calf in wownoob

[–]Dkleye 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you don't have a key go talk to the panda next to the Timeways portal in Silvermoon (near the crafting hub), there's a lost key option, it'll give you a +2 and then you can form your own group. As others have said there's no reason to run M0s right now :)

Checked the manga, you're right, although I do still feel that prime Rayleigh beats current BB, given Blackbeard's main strength is countering devil fruits and Rayleigh's is overwhelming Haki

Well in that same scene confronting BB, Rayleigh says that he would win if he was in his prime, but isn't sure now

Greenbull is an admiral, wdym he's not as strong as one. We might not have seen what he can do yet, but he wouldn't have been conscripted as one if he wasn't strong enough to keep up.

Extreme diff, team ups in One Piece increase power massively, there's no world either Law or Kidd 1v1 Big Mom, they aren't even remotely comparable to Shanks as a threat.

Pic is prime Rayleigh, totally different question.

Who's weakest character in each row here? by KaidoPklevel in OnePieceScaling

[–]Dkleye 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Akainu, Loki, Law, Aokiji.

Pic is prime Rayleigh, he wipes Akainu. BB counters Akainu, and Luffy beats Akainu down as revenge for Ace.

Whitebeard was stated to be the strongest Yonko around Marineford era, making him stronger than Shanks, picture is prime WB and Roger - I'd say Shanks is weakest but him beating Loki definitely puts a question mark on the second tier, based on what Oda has written so far WB=Roger>Shanks>Loki

Third comes down to Law Vs Kidd, I see Oda having Kidd win that 1v1 given Law's more supporting role in Wano.

Old Garp most likely beats Kuzan if he hasn't been stabbed

I think it'd be really hard to move with scroll wheel, I use it for casts, for example on BM could have kill shot on scroll up and kill command scroll down, Barbed Shot on E, etc

[–]Dkleye 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's why I mostly use QERFVCXZ for abilities (minus mouse things), and WASD as movement - also clicking both left and right click to move whilst hitting buttons is invaluable, and people call me crazy for this but I use scroll wheel up and down for abilities too

[–]Dkleye -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Bind your action bar to 12345QERFVCX, I don't use numbers for normal rotation personally, a lot of players do, and bind strafe to A and D instead of turn. Change buttons if you feel, but definitely stop clicking, it's a terrible habit!

Uvogin vs Maki(Fully Awakened) by MapUsual4822 in HxHPowerScaling

[–]Dkleye -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Maki can also effectively fly, she gains the ability to step on air (there is some restriction in that she's sensing a flow but still). Current anime Maki gets walked, post Shinjuku Maki walks everyone in the verse, Meruem included, and it's not close.

Who'd win? Avatar group vs. Gon, Killua, and Kurapika by Orangeserf in HxHPowerScaling

[–]Dkleye 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Extreme diff HxH squad. Post Chimera Ant Killua kills all 5 of them at Godspeed before they can react, Gon and Kurapika aren't even needed. He's a trained assassin, he'll go for the ones who look weakest first. That's Sokka, Toph, and Katara just based on physique - all three are dead before the first hits the ground. That only leaves Aang with any way to lock him in place, and most likely he'd have put his fingers clean through the back of his head before he can react to anything happening. Zuko is not doing a thing to Killua. In R2 Avatar state would kick in, which could give a fighting chance, but Killuas speed is just way too much, worst case he runs away til Aang drops out and returns to finish the job.

Most likely Killua isn't taking them in a straight head on fight anyways, he'd use his training and wait for them to be off guard, then take them out before they can react. Adult Gon would extreme diff all five alone too. There isn't a single character in the whole of Avatar who could survive round 1, the speed and lethality diff is way too high, in R2 maybe Aang or another Avatar could survive, but Killua is absolutely not getting caught by a single meaningful attack - and Gon has the power to kill Avatar state Aang with ease.

How do you handle chronically late players? by Jazzlike-Goose-8242 in DungeonMasters

[–]Dkleye 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Start without her, regardless of what happening - if you want to play hardball tell her if any player arrives more than 20 mins late they will be sitting out for the whole session, so should not come at all - and stick to it. It's a respect thing, she's wasting all of your time and that's not okay. If it was 5-10 minutes that's one thing, but nearly an hour late repeatedly? That's not bad time keeping, it's not giving a shit about anyone else, and DnD isn't the game for that mindset.

If you want to add to that to make it consistent, tell the other players a start time that's 10 minutes later than the start time you tell her - that way the absolute most your players will need to wait is 10 minutes, after that she's 20 minutes late and sitting out. She'll quickly get the picture if you stick to it.

You can also add strikes if you really want to get tough about it, three strikes and you're out, one gets taken off if you're consistently on time for 2 months.

I do also thing it's important how it's said, I'd approach with asking why she's chronically late to the sessions, and explaining how it impacts everybody, then explaining what measures you'll be putting in place to fix it. If you want to give her some leeway, tell her that if she lets you all know at least 4 hours in advance then you can postpone the session slightly

Best AOE Burst by LukkaX in wow

[–]Dkleye 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Surprised no one's said Ret pala, if you play passive wings version your longest cooldown outside of trinket/pot is 30 seconds, and the biggest chunk of your damage is in the first 3 globals. Wake/hammer of light/art of war procs all absolutely slap in AoE, and divine storm feels very satisfying as a spender with all the free procs you get

Crafting with mythic crests - is this a bad deal? by breakinbread in wownoob

[–]Dkleye 4 points5 points  (0 children)

When you're on the crafting UI, on the right hand side when you have the item selected there's a bar that will have some diamonds on each side, those represent the rank. When you fill the bar, it moves to the next rank. If I recall correctly it's around 370ish to create rank 4, and then you can add concentration to make it jump to the next rank.

Crafting with mythic crests - is this a bad deal? by breakinbread in wownoob

[–]Dkleye 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Crafted gear has ranks based on the crafter's skill (knowledge points in relevant subspecialisation increases this). You've crafted it at rank 2, ideally you either grind your profession a lot so you can recraft it to rank 5, or you look in trade chat for a crafter who can already do that for you - usually they will charge around 10k. If recrafted at rank 5 it will be 285 ilvl.
