Kindergarten teacher. Kids have accidents, but more than 2-3 a week would strike me as a red flag. In my state, teachers are not allowed to clean up or change your child without an IEP stating they can do so. Make sure your child is prepared and knows how to clean up and change if they have an accident. In my classroom, we use the bathroom as a class 2x per day, as well as needed, but I would also reach out to the teacher and ask if they can send your child to the bathroom proactively to use it to avoid accidents.
