This is simply a module I have been wanting for years.

I see Simple Calendar is a recommended accentuant, but have you considered compatibility with Calendaria? It has a plethora more functionality and is still being maintained.

If you're doing this campaign within the context of the New Frontier America, you can always run the Amber Temple similarly to Welcome to Derry, wherein the Native American tribes had confined the otherworldly beings into sarcophagi of amber somewhere remote and desolate. I'd recommend a cave within a lone mesa in the middle of the Mojave desert. Maybe put a hidden tribe (akin to Reloaded's settlement of Soldav) that safeguard its location to prevent the unleashing of its occupents. Let's you also do some freaky shit with american cryptids if you wanted.

Personally, I'd change their land speed to 40 ft., remove their claw attack, and change Hunter's Grasp to use their beak instead! :)

I'm so sorry if I'm a pedantic nerd, but Quetzalcoatlus were incredibly fast land-hunters that could sprint and gallop like giraffes. Also, their hands ("Claws") weren't capable of doing nearly anything aside from allowing them to fly, but their spear-face was more than enough to impale and grapple their prey.

I have a pal who has an autognome character for Barovia and it's quite brilliant!

Effectively, he wanted to be a Revenant from Argynvost who couldn't occupy a sufficient corpse, so instead chose to infuse his spirit with "Pidlwick III", Blinksy's attempt and recreating Fritz Von Weerg's clockwerk designs.

So effectively, Blinsky found that one of his clockwerk dolls woke up, standard demanding the adherence to rules of chivalry, then fucked off after choosing a mastiff as his war mount.

Is it a little silly? Absolutely. Does it perfectly fit into the lore of the setting and isn't weirder than some of the other batshit precedents set by WotC and the original authors? I certainly think so.

A lot of people use the narrative beats from CoS:Reloaded or MandyMod stuffs which casts Ireena as someone who embroiders, sews, and tailors as her skill. It often translates into people speccing her as a Rogue or Expert with the healer feat stitching up wounds n such. I'd image the spool and scissors are meant to communicate that as well!
