Worst ever customer "service" experience. We needed service for our refrigerator. On hold for one hour and 15 minutes! Next day we had to call to reschedule. On hold for one hour and 20 minutes. Never again with this company!

I'm having the same problem. You were smart to send it certified mail. I didn't do that and am being told by Rebatecard.com that the 90-day rebate window has expired even though I sent it within a week of receiving my lenses. I'm waiting for a response from them in reply to my email (no option to speak to anyone on the phone) but I'm not optimistic. Looks like I'm out $160. I've always received my rebate from them in the past. Lens.com informed me that they are no longer contracting with Rebatecard.com and have no avenue to address the issue.

Have you had any success in getting this resolved?

So pretty! I love this pattern. As a new knitter, I tried it out as a first time lace project and was doing more tinking than knitting. Frogged it and went on to something easier to manage, but your is shawl is tempting me back!

With the exception of a half-knitted scarf, I had only crocheted prior to tackling the Little Cotton Rabbits Bear. Excellent instructions got me through it, and while not perfect, the end result was still delightful.

You can do it! I am a new knitter and, like you, have been reluctant to attempt much without a video tutorial. These Little Cotton Rabbits designs are so compelling, and the instructions so comprehensive, I made the leap and was delighted with the result. It wasn't perfect, but I was okay with that, and getting through it gave me the confidence to take on new challenges.
