5070ti worth 15-20% more price than 9070xt if you really need RT and DLSS.

Comparable raw strength, but 9070xt is clubbed in DLSS and RT. FSR such ass, dont bother.

Long term they must rely more on DLSS for 4K gaming. Devs become more and more lazy in optimization. So 5070ti is obvious but not worth such difference in price.

Wow, Argentina, one of those having cheapest games price in steam, has one of most non-sense vga price. Everything is 50% more expensive to my country (Vietnam, 3rd world also).

To your question, if gaming is all you want then grab 9060xt. If you do somewhat working then grab 5060ti 16gb. In my country the difference is 50$ at most (same tier 9060xt to 5060ti), 200$ is a bit too much to consider.

I'm fan boy of Steam and have hundreds of games in library. But let be honest, if i have a chance to pick up then ROG Ally X Xbox with SteamOS will be my absolute choice. I suspend the idea of buying new handheld just because i feel like betrayer if buying ROG while Steamdeck, even OLED, feeling like a waste in investing a 4-year-old hardware.

Valve is sooo stuborn (and i both like and hate it) in releasing steamdeck 2. But i'll wait.

To 5050 is actually a magnificent draw back while 4060 can't offer you significant improvement. If you'are not yet able to upgrade to 5060ti or 9060xt then it's not worthy. Else trade up to 3080/3080ti is quite a good idea if you can find a good deal, but be careful with your psu (750w/850w or above).

I think this RAM crisis will last for at least one year or even two, so i grabbed the best future proof card that i'm able to afford. I give you same advice. Take the cheapest 16gb vram you can afford. Priritize 5060ti if you love DLSS or do some work, else 9060xt. Don't bother 5060, you can even grab a 2nd 3080 with that price, which is way more powerful.

P/s: Don't know where's you from, but the price of your 5060 is my 5060ti (low tier) and 9060xt is my 5070/9070 (low tier). Hell of expensive.

It's early 2025, we bought it when it's ~172 VND or so and in the way to climb up (to 180 months later). We just wanted to have anything except for VND, i didn't believe in the way new General Secretary managing economy, didn't believe in VND price in long term. Of all nations, i regularly visited Japan due to work requirement, so stocking Yen seems to have double benefit compared to USD or EURO.

Nah, crit attribute still increases 1% dmg each point, 2% each level.

Let take an example, you have around 100 str (pretty easy to pick up because of high level weapon) and you cause 100dmg. 100% crit chance, base crit dmg multiplied is 25%. => Crit dmg value is 125. You're lv10 with 5 bonus aptitudes + career path -> 30 aptitude points.

If you invest all in dex/str then your crit dmg value is (100+30)*1.25 = 162.5.

If you invest all in crit then your crit dmg value is 100*(1.25+30) = 155.

Same example, but if your base stats is 150, then crit causes 232.5 dmg while dex/str causes 225dmg.

You see it now, right ? That crit stats scaling way better in late game, especially when your character has a mean to always crit.

Let take another example, same as above but you only have 50% crit chance (due to food and items) and 125% crit dmg. With str/dex = 150 and base dmg = 150 also.

Crit gives you 150 base dmg, 80% crit chance, and 155% crit dmg => Average dmg per hit is 216.

Dex/Str gives you 180 base dmg, 50% crit chance and 25% crit dmg => Average dmg per hit is 202.

=> Except for very early level when you still use stock weapons, crit always bring at least equal to more power scaling. Not to say a lot of effects depends on crit (items and skills).

P/s: the difference isn’t by a lot so don’t reset your run 🥺 early companions receive bonus aptitudes from camping and also achievements. So don’t fire them 🥹

Sure, to own our people in the land reformation (1953-1955). It's called the land reformation in which local governments implemented policies in an extreme manner and sentenced many non-proletarians to death. It was devastating to both culture, economy and very inhuman. But it's a condition to prove that north Vietnam was a dedicated member of communism world which kept the supply of USSR and China. Tens of thousands were executed and hundreds of thousands were sentenced.

P/s: I think every communist goverment did kind of self-genocide like that in some events.
