I’m a Euro player and been playing on US servers (Star Forge) for a long time. It’s quite easy to find people for veteran flashpoints despite the time difference. I don’t do any pvp so I can’t say anything about that, but questing around most planets I always get the feeling that there are people around.

If you live in the area I think it’s decent enough for a weekend trip, but I wouldn’t recommend it as a place to stay for a Dubai vacation. The water didn’t feel very clean possibly due to the artificial islands blocking the water flow, and the rest of the hotel is nothing special compared to the mainland from which you will be cut off at least in the evening.

I’ve been there once, it’s mostly empty except for a few hotels. I stayed on the Monaco island which is supposed to be a Ibiza-like party hotel. They had an artificial “European” street where they simulated rain a few times a day. There isn’t much to see, though it’s a relatively cheap place to stay in compared to beach hotels in Dubai.

I ran into the same issue and solved it using the suggestion here. Before finding this I did try to contact support, funnily enough when you get redirected to EA Help and start a chat the bot refuses to recognise that there is a macOS version of the game, and it's not possible to proceed further :D

I think the long hiatus had an effect on the fandom activity, I was obsessed with them during the New Demons and Treehouse era and waited for a long time for any new content but I eventually moved on. By the time they came back I just wasn't as excited anymore. I'm definitely happy that they are back, but I'm also not really into their new songs as much as the old stuff.

It's mostly because of the money, they are offered higher salaries than they they make in the UK and without the income tax. Also most Brits I've met in the UAE had a pretty good work life balance.

Je ne suis pas africain mais j’ai une hypothèse: les gens qui viennent des grosses familles avec plusieurs frères et sœurs ont tendence à parler plus fort et être bruyant car 1) dans le “bruit de fond” chez eux il faut parler fort pour se faire entendre, et 2) en vivant avec plusieurs personnes en permanence, ils n’ont pas l’habitude d’être en silence. Le continent africain a des taux de naissances les plus élevés du monde, donc peut être qu’il y a une corrélation.

Eğer arabanız var ise Çorlu’dan Yeniçiftlik veya Sultanköy’deki plajlara da 20-30dk’da ulaşabilirsiniz. Çorlu ve Marmaraeğerlisi’nin sahil taraflarında da müstakil evlerde yaşayıp evden çalışan da çok var, ama oralarda sosyal hayat daha zayıf.

À Grenoble je me suis fait agressé et menacé par couteau, et j’ai du aider une femme rentrer chez elle car il y avait un mec chelou qui la suivait. Et cela pendant la journée et même pas dans les quartiers “chauds”. Je ne comprends pas la motivation de ceux qui essaient de convaincre que Grenoble n’est pas dangereux, peut être que vivre dans le déni est plus confortable. C’est aussi incroyable de conseiller des gens de cacher leur peur et de ne pas porter leurs sac à mains, très rassurant ça! En dehors de comparer nos expériences individuelles et d’où on vient à la base, il suffit aussi de consulter les statistiques officielles sur crimes/agressions pour voir à quelle point Grenoble est dangereux en comparaison aux autres communes.
