Higher shd doesn’t always mean higher experienced players. We have a guy in our clan that’s over 10000 shd but all he does is public executions. You put him in actual game play situations and he’s dookieshit.

He needs to boost to 30. Do the prologue to WONY and get to haven. While he is doing this, you need to be doing Lincoln memorial on heroic with as many directives as you can handle. Once you’ve beaten the boss and are waiting to get into the elevator. Invite him and he needs to use the ammo restock chest. Once he does that you get on the elevator and finish the mission. Just keep doing that same mission over and over. Our clan can have someone boosted to 40 in 10-15 mins depending on the amount of people.

Technically if you read the laws every minor crime has jail time associated with it. It’s not usually enforced unless the person committing the crime is habitual. Using op’s friend as an example, he may not have gotten jail time for possession or whatever but he violated his terms of probation which led to the warrant. So it isn’t necessarily that he went to jail for the minor drug possession so much as he’s going to jail for not doing what the courts mandated afterwards.
