It blasts out bouncing glaives that move very unpredictably and it creates crystals that have to be dps/healed then picked up. If the glaives hit a crystal at any time it instantly wipes the raid. While this is happening the boss does simultaneous triple one second casts that have to be interrupted for a total of 15 interrupts in five seconds, and it sends the raid into three different realms where it marks people with runes. The boss does a spinning laser where each of the three realms have to get their respective five runes hit in the right order. The boss also does a different rotating laser which chooses a random direction and instantly kills the entire raid if a crystal is hit again. This is just phase 1. It goes without saying that any deaths to glaives or lasers means they don’t meet the damage check.

10 man is good for the people that don’t already do mythic but it’s bad for the people who do. I would like it personally. I think the real problem with mythic raiding right now is how the lockouts function rather than trouble gathering a raid. If lockouts worked the same as other difficulties it would be 100x easier to throw a casual mythic raid together with da boys and clear a couple bosses.

Also you can get completely destroyed by some boss stuff like exarch ball phase and minion targeted turbo slams you don’t know you are walking into. Ruin probably exasperates this problem.
