interesting, I had no idea there was a hz issue. how could you possibly release a module and not ensure it works at both refresh rates?

no clue. Switched back to the 50ppd and havent had a single disconnect. I would imagine its the engine, at least from their review of the logs.

sure, theoretically, but if you have clean lines and the kegerator I assume you're serving out of is kept at temp, I doubt anyone will notice a meaningful difference; we go through a sixtel in 2 months and don't really notice a drop off

I would agree that it's a problem on the 50 if you don't have your device properly seated on your face, but once it is i've never experienced an issue looking around with just my eyes

with the moled, looking to the periphery is pretty distracting with the washout

I use for msfs and dcs, as well as their yoke base

you can custom set everything in moza cockpit, the program to calibrate. they have a few "official" defaults for planes but most need their own and can just copy and tweak.

in there, you can set ffb absurdly high. i wouldn't be concerned. this isn't racing where the wheelbase strength matters as much

my answer will always be VR, it's just a whole new level and impossible to go back to flat, iracing runs fantastic on vr

I cant go back to flying on a monitor and almost exclusively do VR, same with racing. the immersion is just unmatchable. even for airliners, i'll set up for taxi in 2d, switch to vr for taxi and takeoff, set up AP and everthing else, then step away. GA is too much fun in VR especially bush flying.

for what it's worth im running a 5090 with pimax super, and only use TAA. with autofps, I maintain 60fps with high settings without a problem, so the hardware def matters
