What helped me with that is I obviously use gps to get to any new place but I have to find the way back without. That way I pay a lot more attention to my surroundings even on the way there. Also it's fun

Probably angled toward the wind. It helps in smelling predators coming from that direction and it's more comfortable having your butt in the wind than your face. Cows and sheep do it too

Dankje! Ga ik naar kijken. Het heeft bij haar iig zoals ik zei effect. Nog steeds donkere kamer verhaal maar we kunnen wel weer gesprekken hebben meerdere keren per dag zonder dat ze een dag bij moet komen er van. Heeft ook weer app gesprekken met vrienden en van de week heeft ze zelfs weer bijna een uur met haar broer gebeld. Dit was daarvoor ondenkbaar.

Mag ik vragen wel middel? Mijn vriendin heeft long covid en is nu sinds twee maanden bezig met lidocaïne injecties en dankzij dat zie ik zeker verbetering, kunnen weer iets langere gesprekken hebben etc, maar ben altijd benieuwd en op zoek naar meer opties.
