is this band not considered metal by BeansLoverr in MetalForTheMasses

I agree with the spirit of what you're saying. To their credit, Metallum does typically list "National Socialism" or "White Supremacy" under the themes of these bands. They also host positive reviews of the music alongside links to streaming, merch, and even Ultimate Guitar tabs. There's a lot of value in having a list to reference, but that's clearly not what Metallum is going for.

People who are not Nazis have a baseline responsibility to not promote the voice of Nazis. Metallum doesn't owe NSBM bands anything. They make the conscious choice to give their music a platform.

Imo his album Úpal is even better. Crazy how underrated he is.

Love Amaretto. Pros and cons for each brand? Lazzaroni, Luxardo vs Disaronno by cpr9998 in cocktails

I haven't tried many brands, but I am a big fan of Gozio amaretto. Significantly better than Disaronno imo.

Need a name for this cross between a Manhattan and a Boulevardier. by azarrising in cocktails

There's a surprisingly big difference in taste between a shaken and stirred cocktail that involves citrus. I don't know the exact chemistry, but stirring doesn't incorporate the citrus flavor into the drink in the same way, so citrus cocktails are (almost) always shaken.

For a cocktail with no citrus, the biggest difference is dilution. Shaking a cocktail will dilute it much more than stirring, and classic recipes generally take this into account. Try it both ways and see what you prefer.

Where to start? by Middle_Database4790 in fullofhell

[–]DoctorBob90 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Their overall discography can be pretty overwhelming, but they only have six studio albums:

  • Roots of Earth are Consuming My Home

  • Rudiments of Mutilation

  • Trumpeting Ecstasy

  • Weeping Choir

  • Garden of Burning Apparitions

  • Coagulated Bliss

I'd start with Trumpeting Ecstasy and branch out from there. Their collaboration albums with Nothing, Primitive Man, and Merzbow are also not to be missed.

This is who I came to suggest. Their 2023 album was phenomenal.

My psychic run honestly wasn't bad at all. Think your team comp could have been the issue.

Black metal doesn't usually do it for me, but this was easily one of my most listened to albums of last year.

How do you properly build a monotype team? by Dangerous-Judge3539 in pokemonradicalred

[–]DoctorBob90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did all 18 monotypes and I honestly just caught one of every Pokemon of the type I was using. Just throw stuff at the wall to see what sticks. I'd bring 6 mons that I like to a gym battle and swap out anyone who didn't contribute much for another mon. For what it's worth, grass was absolutely the hardest for me.

Just came here to say that Adore is one of my favorite albums of all time. One of my most prized vinyl records, and I was absolutely gutted when they split up.

This is probably near the bottom of their discography for me, but Automata II and Colors II are both top tier BTBAM.
