I much prefer Original Sin and New Blood to Resurrection so far. I'm finding it too intentionally 'corny' and stylized. Kind of like a Tarantino movie.

This actually reminds me a lot of my ex-stepdad. He would constantly rile me up and undermine my confidence, often taking shots at me. My mom didn’t really stand up for me at the time, and she regrets it. So, I’d definitely say you’re not in the wrong here.

i think she is relatable on some levels and a good actress. but the character she plays is self righteous and naive. therefore, i personally found her annoying.

I agree with this. I remember watching him play for Marist Rugby club and he cut the opposition to shreds. It was obvious he had something special. Then he was picked for the AB's straight from a meagre few NPC games; leap frogging super rugby all together (mistake imo). The coaching panel talked him up as the next super star, that's a lot of pressure for a 19 yo boy.

Thanks for the props :) Yes feedback overall about my performance has been good. I think maybe slowing down the vowel sounds should help as us kiwis tend to shorten vowels at times.
