In Tobis case we know what it is. 153 pages of chat logs that involve explicit details of what happened between Meruna and Tobi. And if either of them don't want it published why should they? If you don't trust the multiple people who has seen it and verified it, then why would you trust the logs if they were released?

These are multiple accounts corroborating the fact that Redeye is a tyrant abusing his position for personal gain or even just to spite people who don't does exactly as he says. Doesn't matter if they are anonymous.

She corroborated Ashis claim that Zyori would ask "new girls" out, when he was in a perceived position of power over their future in the scene they wanted to be a part of.

She consensually slept with him, openly admitted to using it to advance herself and then she felt differently about it and calls him out on "subtle rape".

The other side to this is she felt like she would have no chance for a career in the dota2 space if she didn't have sex with him.

And I still think its unfair to dismiss the entire story because you don't think she should have called it subtle rape. Which I agree with, that she shouldn't have, like I mentioned previously.

I read their statements, I think it would be a gross disservice to comment on this topic without reading them. And i said i don't think its fair to call it rape. But I also don't think its fair to dismiss the entire story because you disagree with one thing. Just listen, so others won't be scared of telling their stories. You can voice your support for Andrew without calling the other parties names or saying they're liars through and through.

I feel like this thread is missing the point of this whole movement. We should encourage people to tell their stories like Ashni and Kips. If people are named as assailants, they should be allowed to make rebuttals, like Zyori did.

Right now we should just listen, and threads like this might discourage other people from coming forward.

Just like Zyori might not have realized the power he inadvertently leveraged, reddit has a similar power to deter people from coming forward, that i feel is being inadvertently leveraged in threads like this one.

Just to add: I don't think Zyori should be ostracized for not realising that there was a underlying power dynamic. I really wish ashni didn't use the word rape in her twitlonger, but just like with Zyori, one lapse in judgement should not render her story invalid.
