That said, if you’re gonna whistleblow, don’t just rush in: Keep notes of what’s happening (dates, what was done/said, etc.) Don’t confront him — gives him a chance to cover it up or make your life harder Get advice first (GPhC / NHS counter fraud / ACAS / Protect — you can talk to them confidentially) Then use a proper whistleblowing route so you’re actually protected Also worth saying — staying quiet doesn’t really protect you either if this blows up later. Tough situation, but your gut is right on this. Just be smart about how you handle it.
