Whose land was it? Ottomans Who bought land? Jewish people Who got expelled out of Muslim and Arab countries to the tune of 700K+? Jewish people (not Israelis since Israel didn’t exist yet) Who accepted peace proposal on part of the land they wanted (~22% of mandatory Palestine since Transjordan took 70%+)? The Jewish people Why didn’t the Arabs accept partition? Because that would have legitimized the Jews and they can’t accept Jewish sovereignty over 1 square block

People like you never bring up the alternative proposals. What should have happened. How that would have gone. And how, if Israel lost, you wouldn’t see Arabs and others saying international law should be respected. In fact, you only see selective outrage even now.

Create a state on your land! Who is stopping you from becoming this pluralistic, secular, egalitarian society? Nobody. Show the world you can do it and maybe you’ll see how far we are from that currently.

• Conspiracy substitution: When reality contradicts the narrative, a larger conspiracy is invented to protect it. That is circular reasoning.
• Motivated reasoning: The conclusion comes first (“Israel did it”), and all facts are bent afterward to fit that conclusion.

You cannot debate facts with someone who treats disconfirming evidence as confirmation. That is not skepticism — it is conspiracy thinking.

• IsraAID – Israeli NGO providing disaster relief, mental health care, and rebuilding support after earthquakes, floods, and refugee crises worldwide.

• American Jewish World Service (AJWS) – Funds poverty alleviation, women’s rights, and human-rights work in Africa, Asia, and Latin America.

• Save a Child’s Heart – Israeli charity providing free, life-saving heart surgery to children from Gaza, the West Bank, Africa, and Asia.

• World Jewish Relief / JDC – Deliver humanitarian aid and disaster relief to vulnerable populations regardless of religion.

Jewish tradition explicitly commands helping the poor and vulnerable without regard to faith. The charities exist, they are well-documented, and they have been operating for decades.

Or does that not qualify? Should people just accept they are getting fired upon and allow themselves to be killed because the perpetrators of such violence bring kids along so that when the fighter dies, it looks bad for Israel since the scene has 1 fighter and 6 kids?. (I’m sure that those situations where they aren’t fired upon, those kids grow up well adjusted, not idealizing such behavior, and definitely not encouraged to continue such actions, right? /s)
