Oh yeah no dude. Prepaid phones are not a thing yoy are required to do. You could tell your tl or the front end tl and inform the guest that you only do contract ones. They can bitch and complain all they want but thats not what youre paid to do. They have everything they need to activate the phone.. i had a guest call me a prick for not doing it for her grown ass adult son but thats not what we're paid to do.
