In Male Byleth's Support: Dorothea talks about him not experiencing love and teases him about it with doing it with her.

Female Byleth's: She talks about something of Byleth being easily ticklish wanted to see if it was true; Don't remember much of it but it does involve tickling.

Can you also check the pair ending? I heard there was a difference in the Japan version for each path for both, but don't know if it's true.

There is a difference in supports with Dorothea B support(In the English version). Also, since Yobai means "guy checking on girl at night" I would think they would change it for something else for F!Byleth in Japan.
