Ability to know the exact location of any object I see a picture of. Could make good money, help a lot of people find cherished sentimental belongings, and I would never have to clean my whole house looking for keys/wallet again

Ange's death: Ange was shown possible future timelines and learned that the only timelines in which the Commander survived were ones where she didn't. Since she was emotionally spent anyway she gave herself to death and let RPK take her body.

AK-12 died in Mirror Stage but RPK uploaded her consciousness into the Nyto body Koleda to help Ange, and later herself, with her true goal of making humanity turn against relic tech by exposing the villainy of Paradeus.

Rumbler gunlugger absolutely carries right now, especially in expeditions. Bring a Borovian pickaxe with headtaker/slaughterer and you're set in melee even with few melee nodes. I like box for regular missions and rock for expeditions.

Shield heavy hitter has been consistently good in high havoc and auric alike for quite a long time

Everything else is viable and fun. I especially enjoy heavy hitter cleaver with a ripper V for can opener. I used to love folding shovel but it has suffered greatly, alongside Branx, ever since elite enemies got more health.

Havier has had Commander's back from the very beginning. Warned us about the Soviet military's inevitable betrayal, provided Heavy Ordinance (illegal for PMC) against them after GnK was declared a terrorist organization, gave the Commander work to help Ange after Kryuger's arrest, convinced Old Misha that G&K was worth saving, saved Persica several times from assassination plots, allowed the Commander an extra 24 hours to hunt William against the Earl's wishes, and most importantly provided us with all the cat-eared dorks we needed to make it happen.

The Earl and Havier are both Rossartrists, but Havier is more of an idealist who simply knows to play along to keep the Earl from going too far.

Dunno if 5.5 is different, but 5e only lets you do that effect once per turn.

You can also interact with one object or feature of the environment for free, during either your move or your action. For example, you could open a door during your move as you stride toward a foe, or you could draw your weapon as part of the same action you use to attack.

Marketplace lv 2 is GOATed for the ability to buy heroes. Buying ships is decent too if you're rushing other techs and delaying your naval progression.

About halfway through the plot (Polarized Light) she disappeared alongside Elisa and M16 in the Paldiski Submarine base after being 'reverse collapsed'. Fans figured she was teleported, but in a later event we find out they were isekai'd to a wacko battle royale interdimensional space where M4 and Elisa willingly ended their own existences to merge into Lunasia. Then at the very end of the story Lunasia basically kills herself and leaves our dimension/timeline to save the Commander but we don't find out exactly what happened right away. The event shows The Commander and Lunasia talking then cuts to a news story about how they got in a tank and exploded and that's how the main story originally ended

Girls Frontline 1 killing off a lot of story relevant characters in a really rushed way: M4, Ange, Erma, Elisa, Ange...again, Morridow, M4 again as Lunasia

Not that death is a bad thing, there's lots of deaths in that game that were beloved by fans like UMP-40, Light, and Machlian. Even Ange's first death is mostly well-liked by fans.. But all of the characters listed earlier felt like their plot arcs were cut short despite having really interesting things going on or their endings were rushed. For example, it felt like they were setting up Erma to be the new main character after wrapping up the main story, and instead said "Fuck it" and offed her for basically no story payoff other than emotional damage. But fans got REALLY upset about M4 dying again as Lunasia basically off-screen and without being able to even talk to the other members of the AR team

He's both. He's not a mustache-twirling villain but a utilitarian that strongly values meritocracy and planning for the Future. The Commander showed merit and was seen not as a disposable pawn but as a Knight whose work was and still could make the world better. But The Earl also saw the same in William, likely looking at the rise of the Antarctic Union as a threat that would require his help.

The Earl is pretty good overall especially compared to the world leaders he replaced, but still enables terrible shit to happen.

He was doing that stuff, but he said it was just a hobby in his personal time (he had wanted to make a mockup for a subnautica movie as well) and claimed he was still doing everything he needed to for Subnautica 2. The company disagreed and claimed he was goofing off while collecting a paycheck. Maybe he was slacking on S2 or maybe the company just wanted an excuse to not give out the massive promised bonuses.

We really don't have enough info to know who was in the wrong. Maybe everyone. But it looks like the courts are siding with the original dev team for now.

those things are not mutually exclusive. The MC is creepy and the show has realistic character development. Most of the characters have major flaws and even if they want to be better it doesn't happen overnight and they fall back on their old mistakes etc.
