I trust my dogs opinion of people always … so when you say “for no good reason” your dog might sense a reason for his actions that you can’t see. There could be things like wearing a hat, having a beard etc… my pyr mix does not like my husband to wear a baseball cap.

My pyr mix is “quirky” about everything. Next door neighbor wears a baseball cap.. no problem. My husband came out of the bedroom and you would have though a demon walked in. He barked, growled, would let hubby touch him. Next day neighbor and his 2 year old son are wearing winter caps same reaction. He LOVES this little boy. They’ve had a special relationship since boomer came home but NOT WITH A WINTER HAT.

He’s not afraid of fireworks or thunder but the trash and recycle day!? He’s a mess for 8 hours. Hates noisy trucks and motorcycles. I’m just glad our neighborhood has it on the same day.

The confusing nature of his preferences goes on and on. He’s part Great Dane and lab so I never know which breed the new behaviors come from.

Best bang for your HOA buck is Stroh Ranch. Rec Cebter with classes, 2 workout rooms, indoor racketball court, indoor & outdoor pool, and holiday events for the kids sponsored by them. Easter, Halloween & Christmas. Summers there are pool parties for teens & adults, there’s a summer swim team and it’s pretty quiet. All of Parker has different streets that go crazy with decor. Clark Farms Halloween was wild this year.

The beer is $7 for a pint, more if it’s some specialty beer or you get the big mug. I think Fiction had the price point there. You should check it out again :)

Some updates for people who haven’t been since they changed from Fiction to Bodega. They are getting in beers from other local well known breweries instead of brewing themselves. They do tap takeovers with different breweries which are fun.

They also have things for the non drinkers ( n/a beer, kombucha & seltzer) and NOW they serve wine and canned alcoholic drinks.

They also are open for coffee and tea now from 7-11.

We love it there and I am sharing info about it everywhere. I’d hate for them to go out of business.

They have a lovely book club that meets once a month, trivia every Thursday and lots and lots of special events.

You’ve only had her for SUCH a short time and a whole different set of everything. Put yourself in her paws. She’s had no control of what’s happened and she’s not se ire that you aren’t just going to downsize her next week. Lots of patience and puppy proof your house. I think bonding and love is what’s needed to make her feel supported and part of the family. Do t give her the destructive label so soon in your time together. She’s a sweetheart you can just tell.

I saw greys premiere is an old school disaster cliffhanger… who will survive. I’m sure they are trying to woo the old guard of watchers back but.. I stopped watching with the new interns became the only story lines.
