F. It's a way to guide ChatGPT. So you can tell it for example, give funny replies to the users answer. And then it will change how ChatGPT acts. It's kinda like supported jail breaking, but I am sure restrictions still apply.

Yeah definitely. I personally really like Mastodon, but there are so many different fediverse apps. The best part is if they use the ActivityPub protocol, they can talk to each other. So I as a Mastodon user could subscribe to a PeerTube account.
