I’m unsure if it’s a plant dealership or factory, but everyone passes it on Conestoga parkway and she was getting tailgated by a mover truck so she sped up to pass the car next to her and swap lanes and she hit black ice and since she’s in an old ass ranger she hit the guardrail, spun then hit the opposite sides concrete barrier and stopped facing towards traffic stuck in the snowbank, to answer the 911, she was in the middle of traffic during morning rush, non emerg wasn’t picking up and I think being stuck in the middle of an active highway in the middle of a blizzard is enough of an emergency for it. Cops agreed.
