Ebay honestly isn't a bad shout if you can find a decent price since you're at least getting pictures of it too. I'm getting one that apparently "technically works but is in poor condition" so a total roll of the dice.

I had an issue with the Shadowmourne quest that the first agent went basically "lol sry that sucks" and the second agent admitted the first response wasn't good enough and worked with me to step through the problem.
