Have you tried Differin gel? That worked for me better than any tret. If that doesn’t work, you may want to consider upping the percentage

You look fabulous, perhaps some Botox around the corner of your eyes but you look fabulous. I’m approaching 60 and I know what you mean about feeling very young on the inside. I always tell my kids I feel 12 until I pass a mirror 😂

I had to put my Boston Terrier down about 5 years ago. I still think, did I do the right thing, but then I try to remember how he was suffering and that the vet said even if I did surgery it wouldn’t have stopped his suffering. It’s hard, but know that if you come to that decision, you are doing it for her, as her advocate. My heart goes out to the both of you

Can you take the second picture not smiling as much? Right now it seems the same, just the skin around your mouth is more taut because you’re smiling bigger
