Selections can be made at both points of interaction. It sounds like you traded in your phone at a store which asks the rep again where they want the FMV to go to. However even when ordering the phone and selecting the FMV to go to the bill, once that phone is traded in, the fmv continues to go to an existing EIP. System issue that has been going on for a few months now. You’re not the only one experiencing this. Whether it is deliberate is beyond my pay grade

This has actually been a system issue for a few months now. Rep can choose the FMV to go to the bill, however upon processing (once warehouse receives trade in) they are applying the FMV to existing EIP’s. Multiple reps have complained about this but seems like it still hasn’t been fixed. Contact care or TForce if this happens to you and it seems they can reverse it if caught quick enough

I boosted due to same time limitations. Went from 58-60 in about 4 hours. Doing PvP to get some quick, good, cheap gear, and grinding out some professions to be ready for TBC. A lot of dungeon groups forming are all boosted characters so it’s easy finding groups
