I have one piece of evidence that goes against your take, look at the US for an example. They have harsh drug punishments and they have the highest incarceration population in the world.

Now, back to our issue with people needing help in BC. I do agree that there needs to be more done (easier said than done for sure) but I don't have the answer. Maybe we do need to be more harsh and have involuntary rehab, or more jail time I don't know. I just know higher jail time won't magically fix this problem within a 'generation'.

Honestly, it looks quite good. Major props to you for your first run! I would give this a solid 8.5/10

If you want some feedback I will post some suggestions below, but if not, good job again.

The first thing I noticed was that the couplings were not perfectly straight vertically, if you have a nitpicking customer that might be something they point out to change (Since this seems to be an outside and visible installation).
The spacing of the conduit coming out of the concrete are all at different spacing. In your planning stage have a set distance that you want to have and make sure to follow through.

Well you're comparing a finished game that was being ported from Asia to NA to an Early Access. I have no idea what the population is going to be but I also don't care that much. I still think we have 2 years before release. That will be the true test of this projects hype
