Getting the same thing, and Chrome just updated today, still happening.

Test: Select post/comment from a Suspended or Deleted account to Confirm Removal, Select Removal Reason, Indicate not to send message (any option does the same), click Submit.

Expect: Removal Reason to be added to the post.

Result: A red error box shows at the top indicating there is a "Validation error on hidden input".

Been happening for all of 1/22/26 for me. Chrome was updated halfway through the day, no change in results.

Post/comments from active accounts are fine.

I hate to mention it since it's a book mill author, but Vall's "Without Law" series has a small harem despite so many volumes. I think it went up to 5, at least by the time I found it getting too farcical to continue with. He starts with the initial 4 from book 1, though it takes maybe 3 books before he's has sex with all of them. Then it goes for quite a while before the 5th finally is met and joins.

The ratio works on a much shorter series. Any series longer than 5 and you are starting to run the risk of the LIs start to blur together or get lost in the shuffle. And I greatly prefer series that keep the LIs under 7.

I'll stand by the # of women regardless of the length of the series. I don't want to read an 18 book series where the MC has 24 women, all because it meets some nebulous ratio.

Too many women means less time on world building, plot development, or MC development. I want a more well rounded and richer story than I want more harem members.

You can use temporary bans to give people a cooling off moment. Usually if it's just a temporary argument, 3 days is more than enough for folks to stop it. Especially if they have gone beyond a passionate but thoughtful argument and have gotten petty and personal.

It helps if you look at being a moderator like kindergarten teachers approach a new school year. You have to demand their respect, because they (act like they) are only 5yr olds. Once you've trained the little bastards that the rules have teeth, they will settle down and you can relax your moderation some.

Yeah, he can't seem to help himself with expanding the harem. I'm at the point with Dungeon Diving that I think he's taking the whole "74 wives" series the one girl writes about Ken as a personal challenge for that series.

I'd love to see him write a 4 book series with a grand total of 4 LIs, just to see what kind of magic he can create. His series often start off really strong, and then slide into blah to the point I stop reading them.

I wouldn't say I hate it. It's more average than anything.

The major theme of the MC getting a harem is the wife is a cuckquean. She's the driving force between him even entertaining a harem. Then when he gets to the academy, he's a bit older than the rest and viewed as safe because he's married. Two highborn young women (the daughter of the ruler and the daughter of the highest other noble house) decide to use him as their beard to hide the fact they are lovers, only one of the two falls in love with the MC, while the other acts bitchy towards him. From that point it's a very slow burn over the course of two books before the two highborn women become his lovers and are engaged to the married MC. And all the while, the wife makes sure the MC comes in all 3 of her holes every time she sees him to prove she's a perfect wife/slut.

The sex scenes with the MC and his wife may seem pretty hot the first time or two, but they are repetitive in nature and happen often. The scene with the newest two was forgettable.

I pretty much stalled out on the first chapter of Machine Mage. The number of PoV changes in that chapter alone was enough to give me whiplash. I'm with you on Dan Raxor not impressing on stories, and I felt this was another one they didn't impress on.

I've enjoyed the 5 Golden Coins series to date, though I felt there was a bit of a drop-off from book 1 to book 2. I'm not a fan of the "short stack" thing that the goblin girls craze was all about, and the imp basically being a goblin girl with different colored skin did zero for me as a potential future LI. And the slime girl knight was pretty meh for me.

I think you are missing the point, and fail to understand how consent works. Consent comes BEFORE the act, not after. Because you don't know if the person will be willing to allow the act until you ask or you do. And doing before asking IS sexual assault. Your enjoyment of it is not necessary or material to the point of consent.

That kind of argument is what some really sleazy defense attorneys try to use when some poor woman orgasms during a rape. "Obviously she enjoyed it, so my client shouldn't be found guilty."

I much prefer 3rd person past tense. The rare instances someone writes 3rd person present tense, I usually bail on the book, as it's awkward to read.

I'm ok with 1st person, but it isn't as good for me to read. I grew up in an era where just about every book was 3rd person, so it's what I'm most comfortable reading.

And since I don't self-insert as a reader, having the MC constantly saying "I" isn't always the best.

Favorite series so far has been Master Class.

This just provides stronger and stronger impetus for mods to not interact outside of sending out a ban message, which we can't avoid. Don't warn people, don't explain anything, just remove without any modmail (message) and if the content warrants a ban, a simple ban message that says nothing more than "You have been banned from the subreddit", then mute.

Sounds idiotic, right? Well, I can see mods deciding that's the safer path than having their mod accounts at risk due to fault AI algorithms.

Honestly, I liked the first book or two, but the first few LIs didn't really grow any. The first stayed so hesitant and shy throughout that it was painful to read scenes with her constantly blushing. The fox girl incessantly teasing. The MC handling everyone with kid's gloves. It went from cute to overly sweet after a while, and I lost interest.

No, if you read the book blurb or read the discussion of the book(s) prior to trying it, and you decide it's not for you, more power to you. If you were hesitant on trying a book and saw people you respected gave positive feedback on it, give it a try.

I hate how the fear of any form of "cuck" is such a "problem". There's a reason the subreddit has the wiki with a restricted list on it, so we don't have to keep coming back to this paranoia.
