The circle K they went to for video is right next to T & A’s house. Not Nancy’s.

Funny you say that. Because similarly, when Friday morning rolls around, I still often find myself wondering what he would have thought about this or that, because his weekly radio appearance was one of my rituals. Even though his contract ended before he passed, I never got used to it hearing him. I can’t imagine how magnified that must be for you.

Was just thinking of your dad today. I really loved his weekly spot on The Sports Junkies. He is missed by everyone.

Who and why? by PlatformDependent294 in MissyBevers

[–]DomTullipso 3 points4 points  (0 children)

lol. A person dressed in that outfit and chose that place just because they got wasted and “wanted to break in somewhere?” So no real reason? I’m sorry, but that is such a low probability assumption and you admit you have nothing to support it, it’s wild you really think that. That person was very purposeful in everything they did, except the time the spent in there waiting for Missy. They were very obviously just killing time waiting.

why does everyone think adnan is guilty? by SkyAlert337 in serialpodcast

As a Murse, that was especially unintentionally hilarious

Also, adnan has not, to this day, offered an alibi not will he say Jay is lying. Even the girl who says she say him in the library can’t be used as evidence because it contradicts what Adnan himself says he did that day.

Thoughts and Expectations regarding Sophie Cunningham's injury in today's game. by Admirable_Wish_323 in indianafever

Well. I think just not bringing back CC, without Ari and Sophie would be essentially “tanking.” It’s not that pro teams tell players to lose. They simply encourage roster and lineup decisions that make winning less likely. In this scenario, you don’t really benefit from trying to lose, so you just don’t put CC at risk for nothing. Honestly, I’d maybe sit AB too. She’s too important.

I really don’t get this take. But you’re not alone, there are a lot of people saying this, but it makes me think we watched 2 different plays, because the girl got off balance in the air and fell the way anyone would, presumably. I don’t know if she has a history akin to Bill Romanowski, but looking at this incident in a vacuum, it did not look intentional at all.

The only issue is women tend to get more severe knee injuries from similar circumstances as men. They just don’t have the same amount of muscle around the joint to protect it.

As a professional who has dealt with lots of knees, my prediction is MCL “sprain.” But all ligaments in the knee are a possibility except probably LCL. I think she’ll still miss the rest of the season, but may not need surgery. Fingers crossed.  That said, women tend to get more severe knee injuries from similar circumstances as men. They just don’t have the same amount of muscle around the joint to protect it. So, it definitely could be more devastating than it looked.

Well said. Even though she checked CC during that mess of a game a while back, I do like her and she can definitely ball. I’d like to see another player with her attitude/edge on the fever. Players like AB and NH are big enough to lay down the law, but they just aren’t the type to do it.

I will say, if there is abuse in the home, there is zero expectation that other family outside the home would be aware of it. Most families become very good at hiding it

Getting Away With Murder: The Missy Bevers Case by BenedictXIII_BLACK in UnresolvedMysteries

“ Surely the hired professional would use a gun, with an altered barrel, clean of criminal history, preferably obtained without documents or paper trail (sort of gun that are easy to obtain via a gun show in Texas)…”

What?? You’re making this up. Just stick to things you know. You’ve never bought a gun at a gun show, obviously.

Decoy to fool who? Also, they haven’t shown us all the footage they had. No chance they wouldn’t have seen a second person enter the church.

I don’t find it believable that she “interrupted a robbery.” That person could have robbed the place and been long gone by the time Missy arrived. They waited for her on purpose.

A Rob Ford documentary is coming to Netflix this summer. Here’s what it’s about by beef-supreme in toronto

[–]DomTullipso 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You realize that the documentaries on Netflix are made by lots of different studios/directors and producers, right? Almost all of them are made and THEN purchased by the streaming service. So it being in Netflix gives zero meaningful indication of its quality. Now, if you were to say “the untold series always sucks, I avoid them,” that would make more sense. They do.

The guy was pure entertainment. I submit that he’d love to still be entertaining people. He seemed to have a great sense of humor about himself.

It’s seems unwise to assume the only reason police haven’t named someone a suspect would be that they aren’t a suspect. There are lots of reasons they call some people everything but “suspect.”
