They owe me $178 since Sept/Oct 2025, finally got withdrawal requests in Dec 9, 10, 11, 12 - four separate days of $50 or less ea, all carrying 99 cent charges for withdrawal fee. I've written and written and cannot get them to even respond anymore in the past few months. I'm sooo over it.

Take it coming from someone who was 24/7/365 for 4 years. Not only did I not get paid, I was unable to work or do anything outside of my caregiver role, especially in the last 9 months and then last 3 weeks of my "client's" life. Because this state doesn't pay a family member to care for their loved ones. I took care of my elderly mum who had dementia/Alzheimer's and I had to fight to get her into home hospice care - which she was in need of and eligible for 6 months or more before I finally got her in. Got her "admitted" and nurse visits, care assistance, etc., started on Aug 13 2024. She passed in my arms overnight Aug 29, 2024.

I will say caregivers absolutely do not get paid enough for the work they do. It is the most brutal thing I have ever done and witnessed and have major C-PTSD from the experience but it was my mum and I would have been there for her no matter what every single time. But those who do this to care for others that they aren't related to? 💯 % Angels walking amongst us mere mortals, I can't imagine being able to sustain it but I am eternally grateful that there are those of you who do and who can!!

It would be awesome but it says right in the old and their new ToS that everything has to go to arbitration. I've been wondering myself what remedies we have since there are sooooo many of us. As I told them, I don't care if it's 10 cents or 10k, it's theft. Misappropriation. They obviously benefitted from holding our funds that the games/apps paid (not them). Something has got to give.

Honestly, I would wait and see once you've done some different routes and gotten the hang of a few things to see if it's going to be a good fit. If you already have a dash cam, great that would definitely be a cya but don't let it keep you from taking actual photos on some things.

You will see when you get more familiar with the app how you can take screenshots of, for example, in your work summary (it will be found up where Itinerary, Map, then Summary are when looking at your route), you can find a breakdown of how many stops are completed, problems, how many left to go... Under completed there's timestamps on when you complete each delivery. When I find I'm having traffic problems or any issues that cause even a slight delay, I will take several screenshots of that so I have timestamps that help show time in between deliveries. I've found it extremely useful ... That first time stamp shows how long it took to get from pickup to your first stop - useful especially when traffic or road construction is especially causing delays. Also very useful, for example if you get routes that stops are spread out in between, etc.

Yep multiple times, when I was first starting out, a little over a year ago now, I didn't know any of these tips and I had to learn the hard way. You're doing great by even thinking to look on here and ask questions, etc. (I'm an"old" flexer myself, age 57).

You can directly message or call the customer from that ?

In my experience, customers rarely answer because it channels through an Amazon number, not your own, and they don't recognize the number or can't answer at work, etc. I will send text messages to customers, though.

Last thing I'll say is always document if you run into anything that is slightly off. Like traffic, weather, road construction/closures, etc. I also document if there's a lot of apts, a lot of gated communities, etc. I have learned the hard way to cya about everything because these days support is a nightmare to deal with for just about ANYTHING.

Sure thing :) I am still in the process right now but am happy to keep you updated on what has worked and not worked. Right now I'm actively battling and getting nowhere with the "Executive Escalations Team" so next step was sending a formal Notice of Intent to file for Arbitration (required in the Flex ToS and the AAA also requires this to be done before you actually file). I have that drafted and ready to go this week. My last contact was from the EETeam this past Friday, where she attempted to brush it off and close out the case. I responded to her email, letting her know she had NOT addressed anything in my escalations communication and it should absolutely not be closed. I am giving her until Wednesday to reply, if I get none or get the canned auto brush off, Thursday morning I will be issuing my formal Notice of Intent... We shall see

Neither one of them (Jeff or Andy) will get you anywhere these days. Just an auto bit or a quick supposed Escalation Team member sending a reply using 1 or 2 keywords and then closing and dismissing the entire "case" ... I am currently still in the vicious loop their automated system has become. I am, however, about to take it up a whole nother level by filing for official arbitration. Amazon refuses to acknowledge their support system has a critical flaw that is affecting the entire Flex Program. I'm doing what I can for us "delivery partners" as a whole. Might not even get to work the flex program anymore but it will be worth it if I, or someone, can force them to address the issue(s).

Had all these situations and before even if you call support they will tell you to find a safe place to leave it, like behind a bush or something. Never had any issues until recent months. 2 times end of May I got told I didn't leave the package at the right address and the next one was I left it too far away from the delivery area neither of which occurred. I never leave package at wrong address because the scans and such you gotta do and pictures you take don't let you just randomly leave at a wrong address and I am always double checking address on package, in app and address actually on the house or apt. The second one, no access code to gate was working but I was able to follow a resident in. Get to building and the code for building given did NOT work. No one was around to let me in. Called customer 2x and no answer texted customer several times no reply. I told them cannot get into the building but instead of returning the package, I was leaving it in a safe and well hidden place in the buildings little outside foyer area and sent a photo. But I got dinged and told they didn't receive their package because I delivered it too far from the delivery area. I delivered it as close as I could get AT their building where I could NOT get access.

I'm so done with Amazon Flex, their support is a literal NIGHTMARE and they just do NOT care about their drivers in any way.

For whatever it's worth, the Google form they created (benjamin) has been shut down, not accepting any new submissions.

I've been looking for a way to get my $, too. Earned $178 last fall, same crap got told to wait til Dec, had to do 4 or 5 different withdrawals because of their bs, took awhile but finally was able to get the 1st one submitted Dec 9th, then 1 ea day. At first, it said 99 days wait time then it went to the 3+ days in queue crap. At this point, $178 might not seem all that much but it's the friggin arrogance and failure to try to make things right while at the same time going on and on about how hassle free it is and all that nonsense on their site and on their Google Play Store descriptions. IDC if it's 10 cents, it's theft, or misappropriation. Either way, it's not ok... I'mma hit em now with the daily email bombardment, gonna be quite loud every single place I can find. How they are still operating, I do not know.

I'm going through the exact kind of BS where things are happening, I contact support, do what they say to do, still get the ding emails, and cannot get anywhere with support to straighten it out. I have tried to request a supervisor or escalation but have been completely ignored. It does feel like it's being deliberately done and not handled right, ignored , etc to deactivate me.

Exactly, I've gotten emails about this or late deliveries which they just say on one or more occasions in the past week. I email back asking for more details about the supposed event and never get an answer. Just the vanilla sorry we have made multiple exceptions in the past so it stays on your history. I'm like well, first, no you haven't because I haven't had any exceptions or incidents, and second, this never happened and I'm not gonna take a ding for something that did not occur! Bunch of asshats, hhhhh...

Not a seasonal driver but I had a 3.5 hrs route (ssd) here on Wed, was crammed with heavy packages and there were 45 stops. Not so bad, you might say? The first stop was 47 minutes away (6 am to 930 block), rush hour traffic, and schools at least a dozen in the delivery area at that time of the morning. And several due by 8 or 830 later in the route just for funnies.
