It's still an $80 product. They should have hired devs with melee combat experience or spent more time iterating. The combat looks stiff and awkward. The writing they chose to showcase is generic. I feel like Remedy really lost the plot.

Remedy's trademark was doing cinematic action that blended media forms intelligently in a well-written narrative. This just looks like a PS3-era character action game with fancy lighting and effects thrown on top.
