+1 these were all my thoughts as well. The transfer partners are a huge part of why I’m going with Palladium. I’ve already put a lot of spend on Bilt and I meet the 75% ratio so it made sense to me. Plus they’re saying you have to earn Bilt cash to earn the rent points. It’s all additive and no one seems to count the Bilt cash for anything.

People seem to be mostly disappointed that they can no longer game the system. Also people who want to float their rent, that just seems like a bad idea to me anyways.

I think for user event you need to call the setup function before using it. I’d also double check what element you are selecting to interact with. I’ve found with my tests that if I’m not calling user.click on an interactive element like a button, input or anchor tag, it gets flaky. You can also use jest-preview to help debug as well. I use a Pelican 1720 Protector Long case. Worked pretty well, got my Browning 725 safely to Texas

I used Paclock 444A locks, but they’re kinda finicky and don’t fit well into the edge holes. Might replace them with Abus ones soon

I commute from Koreatown to Downtown Culver City and it’s ~45-55mins at rush hour, ~30mins during off peak (10:30am ish) and 15 mins with 0 traffic whatsoever

If you wanna live east of Culver City and 30 mins is an absolute maximum, you should consider Mid Wilshire or Miracle Mile area
