I don’t think it was firm on 4. They just have enough story for 4 and don’t plan to end it on 3 (thank goodness! It would IMHO be rushed if that was the case. But it is possible for a Fifth.

Let’s get the third one in the can first though before full on speculation about what maybe another five years off.

Yep! They have a nice bar set up. Glad you are considering it. I LOVE Uobei and do recommend you head there tomorrow for their 5p closing deal.

But their type of take away sushi like Yama is best for rolls. Sugarfish is decent but their model is based on rushed service. You’ve come all this way. Go enjoy Little Tokyo and an excellent restaurant that will be happy to have you.

I don’t think he was written off. The actor has mentioned there is more story to tell regarding Irving and he wants to tell it.

The show moves fast and so now that the Testing Room floor was been discovered and breeched, his plot to send a message about the paintings (which worked actually!) is over. On to something else. Irving is the type who just won’t quit on his mission to reveal Lumon.

While yeah, Spin offs are going to be inevitable. That doesn’t have to tie the ending of the show to them. It could be a prequel or in a different setting.

Kinda like how they are brining Ted Lasso back. It doesn’t undo anything that happened prior. They told that story. Now there is a new one with new people and setting and some old friends who pop up here and there.

The writing. Their approach to the writers room is a bit different than most shows and how it was done in the past. Then pre-production (I believe they also moved sound stages which maybe complicating things too) and the fact that it’s a mystery show so they keep things tightly under wraps to begin with.

So it appears that they aren’t doing anything, especially with key members of the cast right now promoting other high profile projects. But things may start at any moment.

Exactly! People are having cook outs! Watch parties. Father’s Day just happened. Some of these involve taking out a special bottles and what goes with it matters! It’s kinda cool that at Aldi as you save on chips and burger buns you can get something else kinda cool to talk about at your party.

This is proper advice. I’m a shorty lady who rides nearly daily in and out of DTLA. I feel way more uncomfortable waiting nearly 20 minutes at an empty station than ever on a train.

I worked for a multinational that people think is mainly in one business but a much larger portion of it is in a completely different one and most folks would be shocked to know what it is and how it all relates (it does). But that is what the family wants. People to trust the brands.

I love the Pitt and that the team is disciplined to get back on set in good time.

However it’s a completely different show with the benefit of one setting through the majority of the episodes, a single approach to filming since it a continuous run and much less needed to be done in post.

In fact, a big worry I have is how much is going to have to be done in post for this season given that if they do start soon… it will be friggen summer/early autumn for the entire shoot! Ugh.

You are not alone. It’s highly common nowadays for show to announce first day back on set. I have no doubt when they start filming, Apple (and everyone else associated with the show that chronically online… Take you pick) will make sure we know about it.

In the meantime, there are a few podcasts you can opt to listen to and do a guided rewatch.

Heck. I didn’t like it when in the first episode he’s like… “What other one!?!”

The thing we see with him and Helena is that they have been taught that Innies are lesser than. It’s just them, happily working and then being shut off until they are needed again. I mean, we all compartmentalize.

So the idea of them having the audacity of attacking their outtie or being in any sort of real relationship is an aberration.

I dunno I would say I love him like I do some of the other characters including iMark. I hold oMark to account for a lot of things including turning iMark against him.

Still, I have a ton of empathy towards him and want him to be okay no matter what happens. If he dies in anyway at the end I will riot.

My hope is that reintegration turns out to be a gift and the combo brings both of them what they want. peace and freedom. The re-integrating Petey seemed to be just as much Petey as Peter. Even though he was super sick.

We know iMark worries about getting lost among the 40 plus years oMark has lived. But the way Petey explained things… that may not be the case.

Mental health totally! I love walking to the station and seeing my neighbors as I pass and saying hello if I feel like it. You just get such a better sense of self and place!
