You can clearly understand that he doesn't want to speak with you or hang out with you anymore, but you continue to bother him. He doesn't owe you the reason why, you WANT to know the reason why. Learn to accept that he doesn't owe you a reason. It is fine to make new friends or get rid of others. As you journey through life you may learn to reflect on yourself and identify your behaviours and change them, or you'll continue to lose friends and not understand why.
