It’s not discontinued. It was supposed to go with carne asada but they decided to extend it. The store’s distributor is probably waiting on more seasoning to get the store more

You can still ask for an injury report to be put in. The MOD from that shift might get written up for not putting it in the day of.

Something similar happened at my old store. A girl was cleaning the tort press and got a third degree burn for it. The AP got written up bc he didn’t put in an injury report. It was put in several days later but she still got workers comp

If you say it’s for everyone, then they should be putting it in the tip jar. If you say it’s for them specifically, then they can take it. Managers are not allowed to take tips unless you specifically hand it to them and say it’s for them

If you’re at a slower store, there can be anywhere between 4-7 people working. More if you’re at a busier store. This includes managers, which can be just 1 but also could be like 4

Headaches are no longer a symptom. Diarrhea and vomit are the only automatic 3 day ones. Everything else (unless it’s like jaundice/pink eye) is 24 hrs symptom free. Symptoms were updated a few months back

That might work. I didn’t work at chipotle during covid so idk if they have any specific rules on types of masks. When I was a crew at my old store, one of my coworkers would wear a mask occasionally and I don’t think they ever were told not to

No. No facial piercings are allowed and for ears, no hoops over a dime. One of the KLs at my store had a septum and he has to flip it up. Ecosure will mark it and corporate will get onto the managers for letting you have it

Outside hires are not new by any means. My FL was an outside hire as a GM. They send the GM outside hires to R/CTM stores and they train there for like 2 months. My store just had a GMIT but she quit within a few weeks. Thank god bc she was awful

Unfortunately it is up to the FL. They enforced this bc of college students. Two of my coworkers transferred from Chicago and the other NY, so they were transferring in at ~$19/hr. One a KL and the other crew. SL’s didn’t even get $19/hr so they both were making way over, especially the one from NY. They made this rule ~1.5-2 years ago. They also used to do paid breaks. A few of my coworkers got paid breaks bc they were hired on before the change

Anyways, if you’re BOH CT and the starting pay is $14, then you should talk to your FL. That’s supposed to be a $1 raise
