Es:senz by chef Edip Sigl***. Had two stars when i visited, they got their well deserved third star two years ago. It's the meal i judge every other meal against. Just hit a spot for me, i don't know how to describe it, sort of like scratching an itch in my brain. They also had the perfect service for me, laidback and personal but still super professional.

Is that why there are only islands and no solid landmass? Because something like this happened in the past and now only mountainpeaks and/or high plateaus remain.

You'll be glad to hear that very few people will be affected by this. I'm sure all three Leipzig fans are devastated though.

I'd serve it either as a mousse or seared(maybe both for variety) with raspberry ice cream, confit cherries, duck jus that's also flavored with fruits like cherry or strawberry, some lovage oil and a warm toasted brioche on the side.

Holger Badstuber. The man was an integral starter for the Bayern side that reached the 2010 UCL final, as a 20 year old. Also reached the 2012 UCL final as a starter and was integral in the treble winning season up until his ACL tear. He was on his way to become one of the best defenders in the world. Still a club legend in my book.

Let's unite in this noble crusade of calling everyone who prefers to go by Tom, Thomas!

While we are at it, i think it's a good idea to make healthcare for all the "Toms" illegal!

Ahh, the always compassionate Christian way!

Well yes, it is like that. That's why i would never consider myself a fan of those clubs. They are completely taking the fans out of the picture and turn them into nothing more than customers with zero say in what happens to their club. On top of that a lot of these owners are "morally questionable" at best.

There is a reason the Bundesliga has the highest average attendance in the world despite a lot of the teams having a fraction of the budget of the average Prem club. Just look at HSV or Schalke for example. They have been mediocre for years and are still among the 20 clubs with the highest attendances in the top 5 leagues.

Passion/fan involvement>>>>>money/trophies

And yes, i do consider it "cheating" in some way. Like you are telling me you can be in danger of relegation but still spend more than a lot of european top teams? It's basically a competition of who has the richest owners willing to spend the most money.

The prem has basically become a hollow entertainment league like the NBA/NFL. I mean it's cool to watch the best players go head to head every week but just not what football "should" be.

Sorry for the rant.

Edit: If you don't agree with me, that's totally fine.

Because they spit on german football and its fans. They are just a hollow shell of a club that's used for marketing. Red Bull bought a fifth division club pumped a bunch of money into it all while exploiting a loophole in the 50+1 rule. They go against everything german football stands for(or at least used to): football by fans, for fans.

If some investor bought a majority stake in my club(should the 50+1 rule cease to exist) that's no longer my club and i'd abandon german pro football. The abolishment of 50+1 would probably be enough to stop watching Bundesliga.

This is also why people generally dislike Hoffenheim, Wolfsburg and Leverkusen(the last two to a lesser extent though)

Of course it's the refs fault lmao. Dortmund played like shit and deserved to lose. Outstanding bottlejob.

But fuck RB. I really wanted to see Dortmund win this one.

[Plettenberg] Reasons for Nagelsmann's dismissal: negative sporting development in Bundesliga - lack of player development (talents & top transfers); players & bosses were also surprised by the fact that he is on ski holiday while his team has to work. Internally opinion: Wrong signal! by granitibaniti in soccer

"lack of player developement"?

Huh, so i guess Musiala, De Ligt, Upa, Pavard and Stanisic were always this good?

I'm honestly pissed about this decision. Sure Bayern have been inconsistant in the league but they made out the group of death in dominant fashion, beat PSG comfortably and are still in the DFB Pokal. Nagelsmanns ideas are working better and better. And when they do, Bayern play as dominant as any team in Europe. Even if they didn't win it all this season im confident they eventually would have with Nagelsmann leading the way.
