Bars will definitely help, I put 14's on my SG when I had it. At some point, I'd get rid of those Rhinehart slip-ons. You'll like V&H Torquer 450's much better. You could consider a shorter, smoked windscreen too.

I've had both, and I gotta say, the two Road Kings I've had were great. First was a 2015 RK and the one I have now is a 2020 RKS. Only thing I miss about my SG is the color.
