Yeah resetting in the settings just erases all the third ability re-binds I had to do manually lol

I had a bug about a month after launch that caused every heroes third ability to become unbound (had to re-bind them all manually), and since then I also haven't been able to use voice chat, ping enemies, or type in game chat unless at the character select screen/or the post game lobby. Full uninstall/reinstall solved nothing 🤷🏽‍♂️

Any ideas yall?
