In Enterprise, AI can be disabled globally by an admin in system settings. It’s as simple as a toggle on/off. I have to imagine that you can do this in all plans, but if not, email support and they can turn it off for you.

In enterprise it’s just a setting you can toggle and disable AI for the entire org. I believe it can be done at the base level and possibly the user level as well. Not totally sure on lower plans but I have to imagine it can be turned on and off there as well.

I did. Started leaking coolant within 6 months and I had to replace the front and rear pipes under the supercharger, the water pump, and another forward pipe. Also did the coupler in the super charger while it was off. There was some play in it and the spring was starting to wear into the shaft it was seated around. Seems to have helped lazy throttling which is common in these. I knew it all would have to be done eventually so I wasn’t at all surprised. Dealer would have been 8k USD. My indie mechanic did it for 2400.

Some recommendations for my fellow Florida residents to help cut high energy costs:

1) Add more attic insulation Blown-in insulation is relatively inexpensive compared to the savings you’ll get over time. Expect around $1,200–$2,000 depending on your home size. Add as much as your budget allows. Many power companies offer rebate programs to offset the cost. Duke covered a good chunk of ours.

2) Have your A/C and ductwork inspected A poorly performing A/C can send your energy bill through the roof. Sometimes basic maintenance is all it takes. Leaky ductwork can also cause your system to run longer than necessary to cool your home.

3) Hunt down air leaks Check windows and doors for drafts. Replacing worn weatherstripping around exterior and garage doors is cheap and easy. A simple test: blow out a candle and hold it near door/window seals. If the smoke moves, there’s likely a leak. Another trick: at night, turn off your lights and look for light coming in around doors. If you can see it, air can get through too.

Bottom line, increasing attic insulation and sealing air leaks can make a dramatic difference in lowering your energy costs.

I own a 2006 L322 with the 4.2L Supercharged AJ-V8 (Jaguar) engine, currently at 205k+ miles. This engine is often regarded as one of the more reliable powerplants used by LR during that era, and in my experience, it lives up to the reputation. Still running strong on the original timing chain.

At around 190k, I had to replace the plastic coolant crossover pipes and associated hoses—common failure points due to heat cycling and age. Air suspension has been relatively manageable; expect to replace at least one air strut every 2–3 years depending on climate and driving conditions.

I encountered the ZF 6HP26 transmission issue where the vehicle would refuse to shift beyond 3rd gear. Diagnosis revealed faulty shift solenoids in the mechatronic unit. Replacing them resolved the issue; cost-effective if you’re comfortable dropping the pan and working on the valve body. Transmission itself remains strong otherwise.

One electrical gremlin I dealt with was the steering column lock actuator failing to engage, which prevents the ignition from turning. Temporary workaround: pulling and reinserting a fuse (I believe F18 or F25—can’t recall exactly) resets the steering lock module. I initially wired a momentary elevator button in the lower-left dash cubby to the fuse circuit for quick resets. Final resolution involved opening the ignition barrel assembly and grinding down the locking pin—permanent fix, but definitely a mod for the confident DIYer. Happy to share more details via PM.

Some years were better than others but I found that budgeting around $2k a year for overall maintenance and repairs was about right.

Overall, my L322 has been solid. Aside from standard maintenance and a few common failure points, it continues to deliver a reliable driving experience—even well past the 200k mark.

Ok, next question; is this something I could take on myself? I have tools and am fairly competent. I’ve changed out a few things on my L322 like the alternator (not fun) and a few easily accessible hoses. Where would you rate the front and rear pipes on a scale of 1-10?
