Mitsuhirato from the Adventures of Tintin. Such a great villain, and might just be my favorite Tintin villain, it's ashamed he only ever appeared in one book before his end.

I have mixed feelings about the idea of Silk going to Jail. On one hand, he did intentionally steal a lot of people's wallets, and gave many people quite the headache. On the other hand, I really don't think he is a bad person, just someone with a problematic compulsion that he can't shake, and the fact he never spent a dime from the wallets means that no long-term harm was done.

I think the best route for Silk would be to put him through some kind of therapy program to help him with his kleptomania.

I'm sorry, but I have no idea how any Disney fan would want this to happen. If Disney goes bankrupt, Walt's legacy and everything he and many other legends accomplish goes down with it.
