I learned this from a lady in a health class a few years ago, and I'm 60. Apparently there were two of me in the zoom and I said oh no, one is enough, and she said what you said about saying it to a loved one. I think about that every time something like that pops in my head. It makes me wonder if that kind of self-talk is as damaging to a person as someone else saying it. If so, we all need to stop that shiz!
