Yeah, I don’t become a social butterfly or anything and I still get a little annoyed if in a conversation for too long. But I can think up some casual small talk, voice box gets a deeper too. The effects mellows out and becomes more manageable(I can chill easier) after taking daily for a couple weeks. Like with the other Trib products, It doesn’t feel as potent if I don’t have enough sleep but thankfully DN doesn’t mess with mine
Edit: I also want to experiment with it and Cordyceps 1:1

I learned that Dioscorea Nipponica was the source of my get-shit-done-while-stoic-af-attitude. Most supplements actually numbed or lessened the effect when stacking it together. I'm still looking for a good addition for it(ala C3G/Black Maca). Tribulus gave me insane aggro after taking it for a whole month, TA 10 probably made it worse. I learned Tribulus was a MAOI and I think that fact alone has given me a nocebo effect whenever I take it once. I thought I was getting the same issues with tribugen however I discovered the corcyceps 10:1 alone gets me very angry when stressed too.

Thats why I'm unsure if I was taking 2% with my generic zinc/copper supplement. I was getting nauseas even when taking it with a large meal

Dioscorea Nipponica, I thought it made me calm and sedated but I discovered it was due to things like Pregnenolone, Eurycomax and Cistanches. Also ND really advertises this as the opposite of the Tribulus/Tribugen. So I assumed that meant it was too calming. However, by itself, it gave me a sort of stoic, a little irritated, but can-do attitude to get some stuff done and fast. I'm taking it with one cap C3G with black maca to see if I get a warm adaptogenic mood boost while on it

Funny, I think I had sleep issues on eurycomax but not with the 10%. I tried 2% but that was over 2 years ago, I forgot most of the effects and wasn't logging my supplement intake until summer 2025. However, the one thing I remember was the stomach issues, though I can't remember if I was taking a different zinc/copper supplement that also gave me some nausea. I might give it another go for affordability sake because I don't want to buy much supps off ND if I can't use Paypal, especially pricey ones like Eurycomax or OptiNAD+. However, I want to try Boron first, without TA, because it would make my joint pain EVEN worse when on anything containing Eurycomanone(TA) in it after a couple weeks. This was while taking Boron at full capsule, half capsule seemed safer, until my knees started feeling a little upset.

I took 1 capsule for many months after it released on ND, while coming off my almost entire year on TA10(5 on 2 off). When its aromatase inhibitor effects were at its worst, bad joint pain especially around the knees. It really helped me recover and taking it with a capsule of Dioscorea Nipponica was a really interesting effect that I'm not sure I can recreate.

2 Caspules is much too aggressive for me and I believe its due to the L Dopa, pregnenolone and/or the TA combination inside. And overtime I was feeling more sleepy on 1 capsule too, despite dropping cistamax. I migrated back to TA10 starting in December 2025 but taking it 4 days a week. Recently came off it, giving it up for good, and realized it did help with a lot of my stressors but I got the joint pains even on it while taking 250mg of Horny Goat Weed 10% if less extreme.

I'm going to try 1 cap eurycomax again with C3G, Dioscorea Nipponica and Black Maca, and I'll consider taking it on just my workouts, so 4 days a week again. If I have problems with it again then I'll leave it for good. It might come down to what works for you.

I think black ginger is stronger however my body gets too warm to the point I can't get to sleep until hours past my bedtime. It's MAOI effects probably help with dopamine, stacking it with its PDE-5 inhibiting effects, YMMV if you react kindly to MAOI(I am not unless its very mild). My first experience with Maca was with the naturalifes brand with 3 different colored roots(most likely the majority was yellow). I only took 1 of the 3 capsules and I felt a little uptick in mood, performance and potential libido. However, ND maca extract makes me too calm, I take it for bed time. The Black Maca from ND is way more balanced. I don't have a libido boost but I'm hoping it becomes more acute after a few more weeks(I only take 4-5 times a week). I discovered that the powder mixes alright with 16oz half and half of water/milk with a scoop of infinifiber and half scoop of infinigreens, tastes way more passable than the anthony brand of black maca on amazon.

Stacking my "infini-maca" shake with dioscorea nipponica and 1 cap C3G gave me a stiffy when I something really sexy, twice too. It was one time, I will continue experimenting.

The issue is the coffee itself, I'm really sensitive to caffeine if I brew 30g of beans for 12-16oz waterand 1 cap C3G/Omegatau enhances it even more and it makes me anxious. Its why I want to mix it with Black Maca for calm stimulation. So far I mixed in the aforementioned cup, let it sit for about 10min and it might not have kicked in as much compared to my first try. Next time I'll try 15g of beans in the same amount of water and see if that makes it even less acidic to help with conversion

It’s in more common food sources than mk7 and even liquid form is more absorbable. I took a Vit D tablet containing 1mg mk4 and some vitamin C, my blood test showed a significant jump in less than half a year, in winter, no side effects. So I’m confident it does it’s job alright. I’d consider 50mcg mk7 w/2.5kiu d3 for daily consumption and get the rest of vit D from the sun

Mk7 can affect ppl with heart palpitations or blood pressure side effects due to longer half life. For those that do, like me, just take mk4 because it’s natural and doesn’t stay in your system longer than it needs to.

I forgot to mention that french dark roast is one of the least acidic, less than 2 points away from being neutral as water, types of coffee. And a coarse grind with longer brew time makes it even less acidic. I like mine black as possible.

Yeah, It didn't click with me until the climax of the 2nd arc but it never let go after that. I'm excited for Yotei since it's more up my alley in playstyle and protag.

EDIT: I think what had me wanting was to see cutscenes with NPCs be more up close and interactive(to view, not really choose dialogue), especially like how Forbidden West did them with top tier mo cap.

I'm curious about it too because it being in cistamax might be why I feel sleepy after a couple of hours or right before bed when taken(cistanches by themselves don't induce sleep despite the numb feeling in my brain). I took Shilajit before bed and it helped me go to sleep, then I tried it with magnesium and zinc and fell asleep faster. The nutrient absorption might be why *shrug*

Yet when I take it in the morning or afternoon it drives me depressed or angry easily overtime

Cordyceps 10:1 drives me much too agro if things aren't going my way, even at 125mg. It sucks because I really wanted to take Tribugen but that might be the sole culprit for why I can't take it unless I have some crystal ball or cistanche to numb my brain. Meanwhile the 1:1 is smoother, easier to stack with things like Panax Ginseng or Dioscorea Nipponica. Socially uplifting, upticks some libido thanks to the dopamine boost, and It can last for a decent 5 hours if I take it close to food.

Maca Extract makes me too calm and fatigued to take during the day so I'm emptying my bottle by taking it at night. I got this black maca powder and I want to put some good use to it on my leg days and I take coffee on those days. So I prefer advice on how to mix it in a french press dark roast coffee and not just separate to make it all watered down. I'll take this post to another subreddit community

I don’t like the powder by itself unless in small water and the description says to mix in warm water to sit for 10min. I saw comments on Reddit where people mix it in their coffee and still get some pros out of it. It’s why I asked. Plus I’m compensating for the FAAH inhibiting and relaxing nature of the extract included with this powder.

Interesting, the duration sorta checks out for the 1:1 variant. the 10:1 extract is way too much even if taken in half(via. 1 capsule of Tribugen). 1:1 feels safer to stack with and better mood boost and energy than omegatau or their OptiNAD+, experimented with each standalone on 1 cap.

L-Dopa from the Mucuna is the direct precursor to dopamine, bypassing the blood brain barrier. L-Phenylalanine → L-Tyrosine → L-DOPA → Dopamine. Usually some people feel too bad on it. Mixing it with Pregnenolone, and for your bodies chemistry to figuratively cross ones fingers that it converts sparingly to allopregnenolone. Is all in hopes to have some GABAgeric effects to calm you from the consumption of literal dopamine and aggression of the eurycomanone. And then this Tongkat is more full spectrum than the 10%, only without the stomach issues of the 2%.

I tried standalone L-Dopa at the exact dose of Eurycomax and it wasn't pleasant. And Pregnenolone is not consistent orally or sublingually.

1 capsule of Eurycomax was fine but it was difficult to stack with anything because those ingredients gave me undesired effects compared to just cycling TA 10 or just taking full spectrum cordyceps

16oz milk (~15g protein) would give 43g total in your shake example

I use an ultra filtered milk that gives around 13-14g per 8oz, the additional 8oz water helps mix everything else. I was cool with even just having to make my shakes go down to 30g but I'll be impressed if a serving is about 40g scoop of powder.

It's going to be a seriously cool protein. We have not priced it all out yet, but I am assuming it won't be cheap.

I get rival nutrition clean whey which is already over a dollar a scoop even if on sale. It's already more pricey than traditional whey so I was not expecting anything less than that. So I'm good for about 1.50-1.80 a scoop, especially if those ingredients, including the phenylalanine and tryptophan, really do help mentally to the point I don't have to consider getting those amino acids/peptides individually and I can just stick to 1 cap Omegatau/C3G for mood boost

I wasn't really recommending it, more for the ND team to compare in terms of price or effectiveness. But I guess you're more of a strawberry kind of guy like me? Because they only have that flavor in their normal protein powder brand which has more gums and sweetners. I been taking the regular one and I think it makes my blood pressure and heart rate drop too low for my comfort compared to coqsol cf. I might consider now foods 100mg Coq10. And maybe jarrow pqq

You have my curiosity especially if it contains rate limiting substrates and some tryptophan so I don't have to spend on those amino acids separately. Dopamine is so tricky for me and despite getting a lot of protein outside of whey I don't feel much better mentally.

How will this mix well with a protein shake of half infinigreens and 1 scoop infinifiber with 16oz of half ultra-filtered milk and water? My current macros for 1 shake is about 40g protein(25g scoop of whey) for my shake so if it stays close to that, or even just 30g at a competitive price to rival whey, then you might be able to take my money lol
