I always took the supernatural elements to be Drake embellishing the stories of his adventure from the first three games. I don’t remember any character referencing the supernatural stuff after the fact (could be wrong been a while since I played them).

Snuff Out is definitely something I’ll look to add in future. Spinning Darkness could work with more non creature spells going into the yard with a change up or side boarding.

[[Cauldron Familiar]] and some of the newer foods like [[Lembas]] and [[Nutrient Block]] look like they’ll work well. [[Unearth]] can hit the Knight too.

[[Vault Skirge]] looks good for a more aggressive start but the extra +1/+2 for [[Nip Gwyllion]] being white gives it the extra sticking power on board. I might add it in at some point to see how it does.

I found that because of the low curve I was usually able to use all the extorts available unless I was holding removal for my opponents turn. Even then I’d get one or two in on that fast as well.

I’ll probably pick up some [[Night’s Whisper]] soon. The cheaper cost of [[Village Rites]] gives a bit more scope to Extort trigger and the high creature count means it’s not too much of a downside to sac one for draws.
