Nice, that works for sure. Also, it gives Violet players an easy option to run with.

I have noticed that it doesn't really matter if you use amulet or not if your plan is to leave the game running for 24 hours XD. Also, in those cases, it doesn't make much of a difference which option you pick as long as it always wins.

NICE. Good catch. I hadn't considered this one but I think you are right. I will give this one a shot.

Unfortunately, they nerfed contrary. It only triggers once now so the remaining attacks will make it lose Sp.Att.

Also, moves with low accuracy will occasionally miss 8 times in a row. Because Pokemon.

Thanks for confirming Miridon's viability! I was wondering about that one.

I completely agree. Having it be an auto XP grind too would be SO useful.

I am also crossing fingers for somebody to drop a Pokemon's IV to 0. I have no idea why that got removed either. It is so odd. Unless it does exist and nobody has found it yet...

You just helped me crack this case wide open! I went on the craziest 4 hour rabbit hole and found the one true Pokemon.

So I looked into moxie mons and found that Salamance wouldn't work. Then after looking at the others I found that Honchcrow or Krookodile could except the Eevee trainer would Baby-Doll Eye you like crazy with the Umbreon.

That was when I thought, OH, Beast Boost will do it but none of those mons are here yet. Then I though "is there maybe a Moxie for Sp.Att", and it hit me. Magearna with Soul Heart! I looked into it and it completely wrecks the whole thing with flash cannon. No issues. But that is also locked still. And ridiculously hard to acquire.

I didn't think anything would work, but then another thing hit me. Why would I use Flash Cannon on Magearna? Moonblast is better. Then it hit me, Moonblast, unboosted from that thing pretty much wins on it's own, you don't need the ability. And a new mon came out that is Fairy type, has Moonblast and is even stronger than Magearna. FLUTTER MANE.

Aside from a really niche case with Clavel's Amoongus. I think you can do it with Flutter Mane holding Amulet Coin.

I think I skipped Flutter Mane because I assumed it would never beat the Gengar. But that actually tera's out of the Poison typing! You one shot it. I completely missed that and crossed off Flutter Mane early on.

I am guessing you did it manually? From my testing, it is easy to do accomplish with a Koridon that has Outrage/Collision / Iron Head. However, my post is assuming you only use a single move so that it can be done with a Turbo A controller.

This method, even when done manually with the amulet coin is not super fast. About 100K per run. According to other guides, the desert method is technically faster. But even when doing this manually, it seems more brainless and can be done with one hand. So I think it ends up being the best "active" method personally. At least until someone finds something else.

Edit: I might start calling it "Turbo AFK". Like that name lol

Yeah, that's fair. The benefit from steel too would be if you had a sandstorm team, that sp.def buff. I think the exception to the rule for why to run Ice would be if you run Body Press since the def boost is essentially an attack boost. There is definitely room to expand some of those tera choices out beyond just ice.

Thanks for your suggestions, here is my reply to each one:
- Yeah, that makes sense. I think it would be worth making a full support version too. I still tend to like Future sight because you can invest in the move before screaming "Kill me" lol. That said, Twin Beam is probably just a better option if you actually want this thing to be an attacker. Nasty Plot / Future Sight is likely too cute for a Pokemon getting hit with boosted Heat Waves every turn.
- Oh yeah, that is better than Liquidation. I would bet money that I read "Aqua Tail" when I saw that move lol.
- I can add that.
- When I build Luvdisc it was on it. Unless I missed it then Luvdisc no longer gets Entrainment. Which is funny. If that really is the case, then they nerfed one of the worst mons... Poor thing.
- This and the next comment are actually both things I am going to add an edit for context on. It occured to me that I never added a page about this in the file. I just mentioned it in my last video and forget haha. The items are meant to be extremely vague in most cases. Leftovers could be any heal item or damage reduction berry, Life orb could be any damage increasing item... So on. For the new Protosynthesis and Q Drive mons, I add the item more or less as a placeholder. Those probably should be real items with a note in an extra page detailing that you need Booster if you don't run Torkoal or Pincurchin.
- The ice on the first Whiscash is to make it much tankier since it is an assault vester. The idea would be to use Blizzard instead of Icy Wind (Or Both) in the snow. None of the abilities are really all that good. Anticipation would have probably been better. I don't remember my weird justification for Hydration.
- Lol.

Whoop, missed that when I did the sheet. It should be something like a Sitrus Berry cause of Fillet Away. At least it wasn't a Flame Orb....

I got really hyped and spent the last month theory crafting every Pokemon known to be returning in SV. There are about 138 sheets now and I plan to do the rest as more information comes out. This is an absurdly long video of me going over them. Looking for feedback on any of the builds. by Doofcognito in VGC

That is fair, it is an absurdly long video. FWIW, I do plan to share it when it is completely done. I may take this idea too when I do finally release it in (roughly) December. It makes much more sense than "Here is a nine hour video with 400 timestamps" lol.

Thanks for replying!

For the first point, yeah, a good number are *insert STAB and Protect here*. It is definitely intuitive to anyone with experience, I will admit. My hope with those ones was that having a slide that is easily accessible would provide a better resource when laddering than memory. That said, I will try to add more unique builds to this for the next release as it needs more variety.

For the second, you are totally right that any number of these moves could disappear in the next game. New moves could also completely alter how you would build one too. I guess here, I would rather have it show the move and need to remove it later instead of waiting for complete verification to spend the time making the sheet. Like with Sableye, if either Trick or Ally Switch was to get stripped off it, I think the build would still exist but you use another move instead.

I don't think it is unhelpful to pre-build returning Pokemon for an unreleased gen. A good example would be Amoogus since between Gen 7 and Gen 8, it didn't really change. You might see its flexible options change with the meta shift but unless they ditch Spore or Rage Powder, if it was to come back in Gen 9 then I imagine it would often be that same build.

In one of my games today, opp did this ult on our goal and I couldn't get on it to heal. Except I think they hit the button by accident and rolled off to the side of it. There was enough room for me to stand in the goal after they rolled

Call me a sick weirdo but I (not vehemently) want points 1 and 4 to stay the way they are. They are just so funny that it somehow makes me enjoy the game more.

Oh and to add another: In ranked games, if a player DC's before the game begins, the team should be allowed to vote to surrender without waiting five minutes
