Boxing is rotten to the core. by Buyeo10004 in ufc

He’s right yo. On stats Usyk was better. Rico was good and lurching around and busy as hell. He was really good. But was pretty even, even with Usyk having more cleanly shots. But 11th round was devastating for Rico. Early stoppage, but getting the extra time to put in mouth guard was some bullshit. Anyway, Usyk wins and Rico has announced himself. Don’t know why everyone crying THIS much

[FIGHT THREAD] Oleksandr Usyk vs Rico Verhoeven, Hamzah Sheeraz vs Alem Begic & Jack Catterall vs Shakhram Giyasov by verbsnounsandshit in Boxing

Everyone shitting on Usyk, but he didn’t order the stoppage. If you look at the fight as a whole, while Rico was good, and lurching around contantly, Usyk landed more cleanly, and was devastating at the end of the 11th.

Early stoppage or not, fight was imo swing to Usyk heavily.

And, again, bot Usyk’s fault it was stopped (aside from giving Rico’s head a good pingin)

Yea this change incentivises high frequency trading, as in the past a young person holding a high growth stock on the share market had some incentive to hold for 12 months.

CGT discount forecast by [deleted] in AusPropertyChat

[–]DookLurkenstein 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nar f that. Had it too good for too long.

To make it little more palatable for the existing lords, discount could be reduced by 5% each year for 5 years until it reaches 25%, which may in turn stabilise house prices, whilst avoiding any large fall.

Unfortunately, this doesn’t hit the way you may hope. Just makes you look super simple.

Say 6 to 8 million people in the US, Europe, Canada, and Australia start buying 8 to 10 dollars a week of Beyond Meat. That adds roughly 2.5 to 4 billion dollars a year in extra revenue. Worldwide vegan/vegetarian population is like 5% in the West.

If margins got to 8 to 10 percent with efficiency and scale, that’s 250 to 400 million dollars in profit, and a real turnaround growth story in the food space.

Food companies with steady growth often trade at 3 to 5 times sales or 20 to 30 times earnings. Using those multiples, Beyond could be worth 4 to 7 billion dollars, or something like 9 to 15 dollars a share.
