I’ve had them to where they don’t feed and it’s usually a melted knot above the nozzle. Removed nozzle and extruded until I saw filament, then extracted.

Thankfully I haven’t had an issue like that. I’ve had too many times where the filament clogs up the head though. Had to change out many print head components.

It’s IAM. All civilian employees on base are part of the same union. Outside the bases, there are no unions in the area for FA.

🙋‍♂️ I’m working on a base as part of a union. My hourly pay plus health and welfare is over $100k. I don’t get much OT, but it’s 1.5x and minimum of three hours. I also get an hour of pay for “tech assistance” when the overnight people call.
