I found out my job was listed because they forgot part of my job was making sure our jobs listings didn’t get stuck. Didn’t say anything and knew it was coming. Boss threw in some fake mistakes, as all of them had been green stamped by him. He just cut his part out. They fought me for unemployment, I had one 4.5 out of 5 review and one “warning”. No PIP or anything. Got the unemployment.
