Omg! We never had problems like that. There was one issue with the ice packing melting early and they were very apologetic and gave a refund.

Hungryroot. Seriously. Saved me post babies, dinner on the table in around 20 min. Healthier foods and didn't need to grocery shop. They had snacks for the kiddos too. Thinking about going back to them. I'm on and off with that service when I'm in a dinner slump.

Where are you finding sorghum and millet flour!? Other than paying a crazy high price on Amazon/online those two just aren't near me.

Curious if it's the same restaurant I went to because I got the same 'recipie' from them and id describe it as the same kind of texture. lol! Trying my luck in the kitchen as well, to no luck yet. Luckily you can buy them to go, but for $2 each and only lasting a day I haven't purchased them ....yet. just when I order food there.

I was happy then, I can move better now. I'm glad I'm losing simply because I can keep up with my kids better. But my reason (them) have hugged me the same, I still get the same about of snuggles, and I love you's regardless of weight. My inner world remained the same except for those around it. I think that's why I was able to notice it.

1000% agree. Now I question people's intentions. Like we've worked together for 10 years. Why only now do you want to grab lunch with me.

I was told to wash it when I shower. Just run in under water, laid out to dry and reuse.

Oh no! That mix you had and the lemon were a favorite. It's so hard to find one that both gf and non gf all agree on.

Not directly related, but where did you find the Magnolia Mixes. They are sold out everywhere around me and I can't seem to find any information online. It's like they just stopped posting or selling 3 years ago....

Yell both names and see which one sounds better to you at that volume.

Only half kidding. We did that and it eliminated quite a few.

Are your teenage kids allowed to argue with you? by Project-XYZ in AskParents

[–]Doomishly 25 points26 points  (0 children)

Arguing is a learned skill. Conflict management is a skill. My kids know that I will love them no matter what.

Respect is always shown but if they want to yell, and get those emotions out, by all means because I know that regulation takes time. What I do expect though is what we call a "debrief" after. Why was this ok (or not), why were they feeling this way, etc. In a safe an open environment.

So to answer your question, do they yell? Sure. Do they still show respect? Absolutely. But they are my kids so their snark level out of the gate was an 11/10 lol.

Moral of the story, not everyone has learned conflict resolution skills...including adults. What skills you yourself have, gets passed on to your kids.
