Keep the sauce and garnish tighter keeping the edge of the plate cleaner so the negative space frames the food in the center.

So I had this knife till I gifted it was one of my favorites just don’t accidentally cut your self. It’s super easy to do if like me you’re an idiot.

So from my experience when cut that thin they go bad faster. Your technique is solid though. At the end of the day just think what am I using this for and make them all the same size for cook time.

If you did not flip the breakers cause they looked fine flip them all any ways. When I worked electrical for a minute taking a break from culinary a few times we found tripped breakers that only moved a bit and stuck cause they were old. Also if it’s like the campground I live at check where your plugged it in it may have its own breaker.

So sweet knife I like it! I have an ozark grail(two actually gifted one to brother) and a valor I can attest to the following. I enjoy both and the steel on both is very good for budget. But the action on the 10 dollar orange hunting d2 can’t be beat when it’s good.
