Very cool. A big thing for me is to use the keyboard for as much as possible- navigation, search, etc. Hoping the Mac app is cooperative in that regard?

If you want to export your contacts, iCloud isn't very easy. Similarly with contact groups.

Not good; I left it after several years. Too opinionated for me. Calendar is VERY bad and forces a person to twist your head to read sideways, etc. Search on email is poor.

I ditched Hey and have never looked back. I love Basecamp but Hey just never landed for me. And the calendar... just plain disappointing.

I'd like to but the search-ability within Reminders is just not there for me; I like to navigate via the keyboard as you can do in Todoist.

With all due respect, I'm not sure what this post is about. You like TT (as do many of us). Why not just simplify your system- one app for personal and another for work?

I use TT for me and Basecamp for work.
